The Apartment

The apartment is located in the heart of the city just minutes walk from shops, restaurants, island ferries, tourist information office, Sabah Parks office etc. and are part of the Marina Court Resort Condominums complex. It is fully air-conditioned with 3 bedrooms and is equipped for a self catering style of stay. The apartment is individually furnished to a very high standard and has full ocean views from the main bedrooms and balcony. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children).

	The large open plan living/dining area has satellite television (sport and news channels as well as general entertainment), DVD player and telephone (local calls only).
	The kitchen is fitted with gas hob, extractor, sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, electric iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, pots and pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery for 6 people.
	The master bedroom is en-suite with shower over bath, washbasin and wc and has a king size bed.
	Bedroom Two has a queen size bed.
	Bedroom Three is fitted with a single bed with another pull out single bed should the need arise. There is lots of wardrobe space in each bedroom.
	The family bathroom has walk in shower, hand basin and w.c. All bed linen and towels are provided.

A water filter is installed for your convenience providing safe drinking water at the tap. However bottled water is available from local stores if you prefer.

A maid service is available to suit your needs. Please ask when booking. The cost is about RM70 per day
